Refund Policy

1. Overview

At VIP-50 LLC, we are committed to helping real estate agents build a successful, referral-based business through consistent implementation of the VIP-50 System.

Our coaching program is built around accountability, daily action, relationship-building, and system execution. Because results are directly connected to participation and implementation, our refund policy is performance-based and designed to reward members who fully commit to the process.

Members who complete the full 6-month VIP-50 Coaching Program and receive no referrals during that time may qualify for a 50% refund, provided all participation and implementation requirements have been fully met.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a 50% refund, members must fully participate in and implement the VIP-50 System throughout the entire 6-month membership term.

  • Attend and participate in BOTH weekly coaching calls

  • Actively build and implement their VIP-50 database

  • Use the VIP-50 App daily

  • Complete and clear assigned daily tasks

  • Consistently complete the Daily Tracker

  • Perform required VIP-50 value touches and relationship-building activities

  • Follow coaching guidance, accountability standards, and action plans

Refund eligibility is based on verified participation and system implementation.

VIP-50 LLC may review:

  • Coaching call attendance records

  • VIP-50 App activity and engagement

  • Daily Tracker completion history

  • Task completion records

  • Value touch activity and consistency

  • Overall participation and implementation efforts

We only use your data in ways that are relevant to delivering and improving our services.

Failure to consistently participate in the program or fully implement the VIP-50 System may result in denial of refund eligibility.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days after completion of the 6-month membership term.

  • Refunds are limited to 50% of the original membership fee

  • Partial participation does not qualify for refunds

  • Failure to attend coaching calls or consistently use the VIP-50 App voids eligibility

  • VIP-50 LLC reserves the right to determine qualification based on documented participation records

VIP-50 Coaching memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared, reassigned, or transferred to another individual or business.

Access to coaching materials, app access, training calls, and resources is intended solely for the enrolled member.

Because members receive immediate access to digital materials, coaching resources, training content, and the VIP-50 App, partial refunds will not be granted for unused time, missed coaching calls, or lack of participation.

Members are responsible for actively engaging in the program and utilizing the tools provided.

VIP-50 LLC does not guarantee specific financial results, commissions, referrals, transactions, or income levels.

Individual success depends on many factors including consistency, implementation, market conditions, effort, communication skills, and follow-through.

The VIP-50 System is designed to provide proven strategies, coaching, accountability, and tools, but results will vary by individual.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Members may cancel future renewals at any time prior to the next billing cycle, if applicable.

Cancellation of membership does not automatically qualify a member for a refund.

All refund requests are reviewed individually by VIP-50 LLC based on documented participation, app engagement, coaching attendance, and implementation activity.

VIP-50 LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests that do not meet all eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
